To anyone looking for someone to help support them in finding your home: Choose Amanda🙂 This review is being added late as we actually closed Feb 2025, but we wanted to make sure Amanda still received the credit she deserves! My partner and I LOVE her! We are first-time homeowners and were referred to Amanda by some close friends. We actually jumped into the process without even knowing what we were up against. Amanda indulged us in showing us a house we would have loved to end up in, but was ultimately out of our budget. Instead of being put off by our lack of preparedness regarding the homebuying process where it would have totally been valid for her to feel like we had wasted her time- Amanda seemed to step up and kind of "take us under her wing". She was excited to start the process with us and "held our hand" EVERY step of the way. She was honest, considerate, SO hardworking, SO communicative and willing to do whatever was necessary to help us find a home we could make ours and that was within our budget. She's also FUN! She's easy to talk to and feel comfortable around, knowledgeable about the atmosphere of different areas and honest about the things she was seeing in different houses we saw or were interested in. I would give her 10 stars if I could, we most likely would have been overwhelmed and given up on homebuying for awhile if we had a realtor that did any less than Amanda did. As a first-time homebuyer- she did it perfectly and we're eternally grateful for her setting the bar so high. We were never once confused or felt like we were missing any details or at a loss, we cant say that about everyone that was involved with our transaction, but we CAN say it about Amanda! We can't wait and are looking forward to being able to upgrade our lives further and work with her again someday!
